Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an international data transfer is necessary for the provision of any extraordinary service, FCLB will cover such international transfer under one of the guarantees recognised under the applicable regulations, such as the signing of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. How long will we keep your data?
In accordance with the principle of storage limitation, the personal data provided will be kept for a specific period based on the following criteria:
• As long as the data is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected or for the duration of the legal relationship and the fulfilment of any responsibilities arising from that relationship;
• Legal obligation to retain data, particularly in view of education regulations;
• Request for deletion by the data subject, where applicable.
Once the data is no longer necessary for the purposes indicated, FCLB will block your data, so that it can be made available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent public authorities, in particular the data protection authorities, for the purpose of enforcing any liabilities arising from the processing and only for the legal limitation period thereof. Once this period has elapsed, FCLB will proceed to destroy the data.

What are your rights?
In accordance with the rights conferred on you by current data protection legislation, you may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to lodge any complaint you deem appropriate, and you may also exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data:
• Access your data: You have the right to access your data to find out what personal data we are processing that concerns you.
• Request the rectification or deletion of your data: You have the right to rectify any personal data that you consider inaccurate and that concerns you, and that is processed by FCLB, as well as, in certain circumstances, the right to request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Request the restriction of the processing of your data: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data, in which case we inform you that we will only retain the data for which you have requested restriction of processing for the exercise or defence of claims.
• To the portability of your data: In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted by FCLB to another data controller.

In both cases, proof of identity may be required from the person exercising their rights, by sending a copy of their ID card, foreign resident ID card, passport or equivalent document, in the event of doubts regarding the identity of the person making the request and, in particular, if the rights are exercised through voluntary or legal representation.
